Some Notes:
Create a sub-directory/folder on your system called "Futuresdata" or similar.
Copy or download the fdatasite.zip file into the newly created "Futuresdata" folder.
Then unzip the file.
Run your web browser and open the index.html file which is this page, without the Ads.
Then bookmark this page as the home page to Futures Data.

All the the .html pages will be available from your hard disk and the actual data files will be retrieved from the Internet.
